If you have recently enountered a defect or mechanical issue with your Apex Gear product, give us a call toll free at1-877-701-2739 or email at email@example.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be assigned to you by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Be sure to have the product name and/or item number when you contact us. The Apex Gear item number can be found above the barcode on the packaging and will start with “AG” (ex. AG2301GB). Please allow two weeks from receipt of RMA# to Apex Gear, for processing and outbound shipping.
When we assign an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #), we must first receive the defective product back to Apex Gear before we can send its replacement. The dealer where you purchased this Apex Gear product is also authorized to make an over the counter replacement of this product for you if you are having trouble with any mechanical aspect of the product. If returning to Apex Gear, please be sure to clearly write RMA# on the outside of your package.
